NAGA REBRANDING WEBSITE DESIGN

Hello, I will be very critique because of the expectations (sorry about that, I hope to be constructive to).

Of course, the design is clean and slick, and comparing to the current web site, the step is big. But:
- the duo-tone (grey and white) is not helping to much in terms of readability, impact and professional look. The land page (home / top) is looking dirty and not polished. Of course, the problem is with the image, but the design is not helping. You are using some cyan, I will suggest to try more of that, instead of gray.
- second and third page - beautiful idea and structure, but unfinished, colors do not mix to well and without a continuation. You used a white logo on home page, why not to use a one color logo on rest of the website, with the mention to owner that to separate the web from print identity is not a bad idea, or to re-brand the logo to - flat, one color or 2 separate colors (second like a shadow of first one). And, to much free space (maybe to use 2 columns?), bulky buttons, and add some colors, please (maybe same cyan!?)
Right sub-menu its not visible, will be better to continue the idea from home page and pun on left, on top of the image, this way you will extend the functionality of left image arrow, or just to use the idea from third page. You must implement the continuity of usability in whole website.
- last page - same as home, but with free space problems.

Overall - idea is not new, usually used in modern one page websites with java motion, impact is average with lot of unfinished like details (or lack of them), technique bulky and unprofessional (in terms of details). Because you will not control the future images on site, the design must to work alone.
